3 CHATPATI FLAVOUR BOMB RECIPES YOU MUST TRY WITH KISSAN CHUTNEYS 🌶️🤤

Here are three incredibly chatpati ‘FLAVOUR BOMB’ recipes I love making at home, and you can level them up with these Kissan chutneys. After you taste them, tumhe definitely ‘CHATT’ karne ka mann kar jaega 😉

My Flavour Bombs:
Chilli Garlic Cheese Pav – teekha, garlicky, khatta, meetha 🌶️🧄
Thecha Noodles – a fun twist on noodles; I usually love chilli oil, but thecha takes it to another level 🍜🤤
Chakli Bhel – perfect चकना, crunchy, tangy, addictive ❤️

  1. FLAVOUR BOMB NO. 1
    Cheese Chilli Garlic Peanut Pav

    Ingredients:
    Butter 2 tbsp
    Kissan Teekhi Lehsun Mirch Chutney 2 tbsp
    Pav 2 nos.
    Cheese Slice 2 nos.
    Dabeli Masala Peanuts as required
    Onion as required (chopped)
    Kissan Khatti Meethi Imli Khajoor ki Chutney 1-2 tbsp

    Method:

    Set a pan over high flame and add the butter onto it.
    Once the butter melts, add Kissan Teekhi Lehsun Mirch Chutney, give it a nice stir and let it cook for a minute.
    Next, add the sliced pav, gently press and move the pav across the pan ensuring that the tempering of butter and chutney sticks nicely onto the pav then flip it over.
    Add cheese slice, dabeli masala peanuts, chopped onion and Kissan Khatti Meethi Imli Khajoor Ki Chutney and close the pav.
    You can add some more butter and lehsun mirch chutney in the side of the pan and then spread it on top of the pav using a spoon or a spatula.
    Your delicious Cheese Chilli Garlic Peanut Pav is ready, spicy, tangy, sweet, crunchy. What more do you need? 😋🤩

    FLAVOUR BOMB NO. 2
    Thecha Noodles

    Ingredients:

    Noodles of your choice 100 grams
    Kissan Chilli Peanut Thecha Chutney 2 tbsp
    Fried Garlic as required
    Fresh cream 1-2 tbsp
    Spring onion greens a handful (chopped)

    Method:

    Bring water to a rolling boil in a stock pot to boil the noodles, add the noodles and cook them as per the packaged instructions.
    Once cooked, strain the noodles and reserve the water.
    Add the the hot boiled noodles into a wide bowl or a pan, add Kissan Chilli Peanut Thecha Chutney, some fried garlic as per your liking, fresh cream and some chopped spring onion green, mix it nicely with the help of fork or tongs. Add a splash of noodle water if required to make the noodles saucy.
    Spicy Thecha Noddles is ready, add some fried garlic and spring onion green as a garnish while serving. If you're a fan of spicy noodles you should definitely try this one!! 🔥 🍜

    FLAVOUR BOMB NO. 3
    Chakli Bhel

    Ingredients:

    Cabbage 1/2 cup (shredded)
    Capsicum 1 medium size. (julienne)
    Onion 1 medium size. (sliced)
    Sweet corn 1/3 cup (boiled)
    Murukku (chakli) 200 grams
    Kissan Teekhi Lehsun Mirch Chutney 2 tbsp
    Kissan Khatti Meethi Imli Khajoor ki Chutney 1 tbsp
    Chatpati Hari Chutney 1 tbsp
    Thick Curd 1/4 cup
    Raw Mango 1/3 cup (julienne)
    Fresh coriander a handful (chopped)

    Method:

    Take a wide bowl, add shredded cabbage, some julienne capsicum, sliced onion and boiled sweet corn, add murukku (Chali).
    Add Teekhi Lehsun Mirch Chutney Khatti Meethi Imli Khajoor ki Chutney, Chatpati Hari Chutney thick Curd, raw mango and freshly chopped coriander.
    Mix it nicely until everything is nicely coated with the chutney and curd.
    Our Chalki Bhel is ready add some chopped coriander as a garnish before serving. Perfect dish for "chakna". 😉

  8. I'm born and brought up in Bombay…but living in Bangalore since 15yrs…..I don't get the authentic Bombay pav here ….I miss it so bad😢

  9. Your recipe chutneys are better than all this…being a physician I would say a lot percentage of people in Indian have metabolic syndrome, inflammatory disorders n cardiac ailments..
    Encouraging preservatives, high sodium and corn syrup foods will create massive undiagnosed blood reports..
    Your subscribers are your supporters ..
    All this is not required 😊
