Try a couple dashes of Peychaurds bitters. Any meat or bean based stew… it really makes it pop. Its not just for booze. Promise ya. I use it in cooking all the time and you can absolutely tell its working magic. The more expensive Angostura bitters are good too, but its a little too aromatic for me.
