Seedling advice needed

I germinated several varietals and they sprouted up leggy from the moment they broken surface. I took them off the heat map, removed the humidity domes, and started up the lights. Though they're leggy, they seem to be doing ok (for now) with many starting their second sets of leaves. I started at 12 hours/day but upped it to 16 in an attempt to stop the leggy'ness.

The germination rate was more successful than I anticipated (shoutout White Hot Peppers). I put 3-4 seeds per cell and seem to be north of 75% success rate.

A few questions for seasoned growers:

  1. At what point should I trim the cells down to one seedling per cell?
  2. Besides a fan and light, anything to help thicken these guys up so they don't fall over?
  3. I'm currently bottom watering once a week, is that a good cadence? I've been checking the soil moisture and it appears to be good.
  4. Any other tips from experienced growers? I'm been mass consuming this sub and YT videos
