I had the same problem as a lot of people where my rewards randomly disappeared for a while. I reached out to support and then I noticed they came back! But now whenever I try and use a reward I get this message… as soon as I take the reward item out of cart and purchase something else it works 🙄🙄🙄 bruh… help
