I just โdiscoveredโ this dish the other day on YT. Iโve never had stewed pork before or eaten more than chops and bacon. ๐ I realize I donโt know anything about the different cuts of pork. Your dishes always look so beautiful (and spicy!) and this is one I definitely wanna try! Thatโs a nice, big molcajete you have there.
