3lbs ground beef lean
2 8oz cans redkidney beans (rinsed) I (Dry soaked over night is better)
4 jalepenos roasted/diced
2 onions
1/4 cup garlic
116 oz canned diced tomatoes
1 16 oz can tomato puree
1 small can of tomatoe paste
1/2 cup ketchup
2T chili powder, light and dark
2T ancho chile powder
2T garlic powder
2T onion powder
2T paprika and cayenne pepper
2T sugar
3T salt (taste)
3ats of beef stock
Simmer until tender about 45-60mins garnish with sour cream, chopped cilantro/scallions and hot sauce
