For Chicken Marinade
300 g boneless chicken
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
3 tbsp curd
Β½ tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp paprika powder
Β½ tsp garam masala
Β½ tsp chilli flakes
Β½ tsp black pepper powder
Β½ tsp chaat masala
2 tsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp cornflour
Β½ tsp salt
For Coating
Thinly cut samosa sheet threads
Oil for frying
π For White Dip Sauce
Β½ cup hung curd
1 tsp garlic powder or crushed garlic
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp burger sauce
Β½ tsp black pepper powder
ΒΌ tsp salt
Chilli flakes
Oregano
π Method (Step by Step)
Cut the chicken into even strips.
In a bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar, curd, roasted cumin powder, paprika powder, garam masala, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, all-purpose flour, cornflour, and salt. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
Cover and allow it to marinate for 10 minutes.
Cut the samosa sheets into thin, thread-like strips.
Gently press the marinated chicken pieces into the samosa sheet threads, coating them evenly on all sides.
Heat oil over medium flame and deep fry the coated chicken until crispy and golden brown.
Remove and drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with white dip sauce.
