
I have insulin resistance and pre diabetes. Due to that, I can’t eat fast food or at restaurants like 98% of the time, but Taco Bell’s 2 Crunchy Tacos + side of guac is one of the very few prepared meals I can get that doesn’t massively spike my blood sugar.
Every time I hang out at my gal’s house, we order Taco Bell (so glad my friends love TB too) so we can all eat together and I don’t have to feel left out or like absolute shit
