For Chilli Garlic Recipe
Ingredients –
2 tbsp oil
boiled noodles
3 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1–2 dry red chillies
1 roughly chopped onion
1 cup capsicum
1 cup carrot
1 cup cabbage
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp red chilli paste
1 tbsp chilli sauce
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Black pepper
2 tbsp cup Vinegar
Spring onion greens (optional)
Method
Heat oil on medium flame.
Add chopped garlic & dry red chillies. Sauté till garlic turns light
golden (don’t burn).
Add green chilli along with all the veggies. Stir fry on high flame for
2–3 minutes.
Add boiled noodles
Add soy sauce + red chilli paste +chilli sauce + salt.
Soy sauce+black pepper powder +Vinegar
Toss everything well for 1–2 minutes till glossy and aromatic.
Finish with spring onion greens.
