High protein Chilli Soya with 56g protein, 15g fibre under 500 cals 😍🤤

Wishing you all a very happy Holi 🙂 sorry I’ve been travelling so I couldn’t post a festive recipe reel! But I’m sure you got plenty of them anyway 😂, so for once enjoy this vegetarian high protein meal tonight for dinner or evening snack!

100g soya chunks
2 tbsp corn flour
1/4 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 finely chopped onion
Sauce: 2 tbsp dark soya sauce, 1 tbsp sriracha sauce, 1 tsp corn flour, 1/4 cup water
Spring onions to garnish

Steps-
1. Soak your soya chunks in hot water for 10 mins.
2. Drain and & squeeze all the water complely!
3. Cook the ingredients as shown in the video.
4. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and pour it into the pan.
5. Cook for 2-3 mins.
6. Garnish and enjoy!

I do it very similarly, except that I coat the soy chunks in cornstarch and rice flour and air fry it. It comes out nice and crispy. Then I toss it in the sauce and add crushed peanuts.
