  1. I love how our people have come up with a way to use a single pepper and make different peppers with different flavors out of it. A single pepper! Genius! It also reminds me of your other video where you made different salsas out of the same ingredients just cooked differently. I love our culture and heritage!     1. Jalapeño (the usual green)
    2. Ripe jalapeño (red in color)
    3. Smoked ripe jalapeño = chipotle
    4. Prolonged smoked jalapeño = chipotle guero

  3. I like my jalapeño grilled with a lil char con carne asade frijoles con arroz and some charred nopalez with a side of tortillas yum yum yum

  4. I enjoy it far more just as a dried chili I grind in a spice grinder than in a can. Just throwing that out there.
