Light is a Vipar P1000. Using Photone and a paper diffuser it shows around 400 ppfd near the leggy seedlings at its current height, this is also at 20% brightness. I have a fan blowing on them as well.
Just curious for opinions on what I can do to save the seedlings that have sprouted.

Crank that up to get 600. Not sure if this is the right advice but that’s what I have on my seedlings. Hell, some of mine see 800-1000 and they’ve been fine.
