Ingredients
Potatoes – 3 medium sized
Salt -1/2 tsp
Chilli powder -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Oil -3 tbsp
Garlic -10 pods
Chilli -2
Jeera -1 tbsp
Onion -1
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Salt -1 tsp
Chilli powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Coriander – 2 tbsp
Prepration
▪️In a kadai add oil , turmeric, salt, chilli powder and cook potatoes
▪️In a kadai add oil ,jeera , chilli, garlic and saute
▪️Add onion , ginger garlic paste and saute
▪️Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder,salt ,garam masala and saute
▪️Add cooked potato and mix
▪️Add cooked rice and mix everything well and garnish with chopped coriander
