Look pretty good so far! Not too leggy so your lighting setup is working well. As for the droop on some they may be thirsty, hard to say in the pics soil maybe looks a bit dry, not that it needs to be wet at the surface constantly! Otherwise it may just be weaker seedlings/them depleting the cotyledons of energy, I wouldn’t worry overmuch they look good

Aww, they’re loving you. They look good… it’s also my first time growing peppers and mine are about 2 weeks old. Isn’t it exciting.
