What kind of fish would you use for this recipe in particular? Would it be alright if I used carp or mackrel? 🙂
This looks delicious, by the way, I've been following the whole series because I don't know much about traditional chinese cuisine.
This looks amazing, even better than salty fish, I don't know why whole fish is always so visually appealing
Are all Hainan women as beautiful as you?
Can I fry it both sides remove then add, rock sugar, Garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, scallions lemon grass, fermented bean paste, chilis, chili powder , Chinese 5 spice, crushed tomatoes and cooking wine. Then reintroduce and sauce it up then serve🤔
Yummy
