What am I doing wrong?

I planted them a week ago. I placed them under the grow light with an integrated fan this morning and within an hour, some fell.

Do I need to plant them in a bigger pot deep enough so they can stand?

They are a mix of jalapeno, mulato Islano, Tabasco and espelette (gorria).
