Ingredients
Chicken Preparation
• Boneless chicken breast – 2 cups (boiled & shredded)
• Salt – 1/2 tsp
• Pepper – 1/2 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
(Add these while boiling the chicken.)
Main Mixture
• Half-boiled potatoes – 2 large (cooled & shredded)
• Carrot – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
• Onion – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
• Capsicum – 1/4 cup each (red, green & yellow – finely chopped)
• Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup (shredded)
• Egg – 1
• Cornstarch – 3 tbsp
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
• Salt – to taste
• Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
• Garam masala – 1 tsp
• Chicken masala – 1 1/2 tsp
• Oregano – 1 tsp
Mix everything together well.

Coating
• Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
• Cornflour – 1/2 cup
• Water – 1/2 cup
Mix cornflour and water to make a smooth slurry.

Preparation
1️⃣ Mix all ingredients to form a thick mixture.
2️⃣ Shape into balls or croquettes.
3️⃣ Freeze for 5 minutes so they hold their shape while frying.
4️⃣ Dip in cornflour slurry, then coat with breadcrumbs.
5️⃣ Deep fry in hot oil for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
