🌿🔥spicy Masala Egg Omlette Rice | 10 Minutes Recipe

Ingredients
Egg -2
Onion – 2 tbsp
Green chillies – 1 finely chopped
Pepper -1/2 tsp
Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp

Oil – 3 tbsp
Garlic-2 tbsp
Chilli -2 tbsp
Onion -1
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp

Prepration
▪️In a bowl add 2 eggs ,onion , green chillies, turmeric, coriander,chilli powder, salt and whisk
▪️In a pan add oil, garlic, green chillies, onion and fry
▪️Add the spice powders and cook for 2 mins
▪️Add the whisked eggs
▪️Close the lid and cook on low flame for 5 mins,flip and cook for 2 minutes
▪️Serve with hot steaming rice
