Dear All, Would you pls stop asking Chef Temi whether she is a Christian or a Muslim? You have been asking her the same question for 12 days now, she has refused to answer. By now, you should understand that this is deliberate, and you should rest the matter. When I was in secondary school, Queen’s School, Ibadan, the assembly was conducted the Christian way from Monday to Thursday, and the Muslim way on Fridays. I know several Muslim prayers off the top of my head but if I’m in a meeting today and those prayers are being said, I would not join in because I’m a Christian. From the terms she uses, Chef Temi has more than surface knowledge of the Muslim faith. She evidently still believes in Allah or she would not be praying the Muslim way. My best guess is that she must have been born into a Muslim family, and she is now married to a Christian. If she answers you, and she says she is now a Christian, some Muslims would unfollow her. If she responds, and she says she only goes to church to please her husband and she only prays to Allah when she is alone, some Christians might feel offended. Faith is personal, and Chef Temi reserves the right to keep that information to herself. You never know, she may not even have the answer to your question because she is still trying to find her path and to figure things out. Would you pls stop asking her the same question over and over again? At the end of the day, the central focus of her page is cooking and her work as a chef, and not her faith. Pls leave her alone and do not distract others from her work and good efforts, thank you.
