Kurkure ante chala mandi kids ki favourite snack.
But market lo dorike packets lo maida, preservatives, refined oil untayi.
So today I made Healthy Homemade Kurkure using Poha, Besan and Rice Flour.
Very crispy, tasty and perfect evening snack for kids.

Ingredients:

Poha (flattened rice) – 1 cup (50 g)
Besan – ½ cup (60 g)
Rice flour – ½ cup (60 g)
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric – pinch
Salt – as needed
Ajwain – ¼ tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Water –250 ml

Ingredients:

• Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Cumin powder – ½ tsp
• Chaat masala – 1 tsp
• Amchur powder – ½ tsp
• Black salt – ¼ tsp
• Turmeric – pinch
• Garlic powder – 1 tsp
• Onion powder – 1 tsp
• Sugar powder – ½ tsp
• Salt – as needed

How to use:

Fry kurkure sticks (oil / air fryer / oven).

While they are still hot, sprinkle 1–2 tsp masala and toss well.

This masala gives real Masala Munch taste 🤤

Cooking Methods

Kadai Method

Heat oil on medium flame.
Fry kurkure until golden and crispy.

Oven Method

Preheat oven 180°C for 10 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes until crisp.

Air Fryer Method

Preheat 180°C for 3 minutes.
Air fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.

Cool completely — they become extra crispy.
