INGREDIENTS
Paneer Coating
• Paneer – 250g (cubed)
• Maida – 3 tbsp
• Cornflour – 3 tbsp
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Black pepper – ¼ tsp
• Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
• Water – 4–5 tbsp (thick batter)
Veggies
• Onion – 1 (square cut)
• Capsicum – 1 (square cut)
• Spring onion whites – 2 tbsp
• Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped)
• Green chilli – 1 slit
Sauce Mix
• Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
• Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
• Green chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
• Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
• Vinegar – 1 tsp
• Sugar – ½ tsp
• Black pepper – pinch
Slurry
• Cornflour – 1 tsp
• Water – 3 tbsp

🔥 METHOD
1️⃣ Fry Paneer
Coat paneer with batter and fry in medium-hot oil until light golden & crispy. Keep aside.
2️⃣ Stir Fry Base
Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic, green chilli & spring onion whites. Stir fry 20 seconds.
3️⃣ Add Veggies
Add onion & capsicum. Cook on high flame 1–2 minutes (keep crunchy).
4️⃣ Add Sauce
Pour sauce mix + ¼ cup water and let it simmer.
5️⃣ Thicken
Add cornflour slurry and cook till sauce becomes glossy.
6️⃣ Final Toss
Add fried paneer and toss gently.
Finish with spring onion greens.
