Here is the detailed recipe of paneer bhurji

Ingredients:
β€’ 200g paneer (grated)
β€’ 1 tablespoon oil or ghee
β€’ 1 onion (finely chopped)
β€’ 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
β€’ 1 tomato (finely chopped)
β€’ Β½ teaspoon turmeric powder
β€’ Β½ teaspoon red chili powder
β€’ Β½ teaspoon coriander powder
β€’ Salt to taste
β€’ 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2.add chopped onion, green chilli and Saute them.
3. Cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
4.Add tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
5. Add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and coriander powder and mix them well
6. Add grated paneer and mix gently so that the spices coat it well. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
7. Add fresh coriander leaves. Mix well and turn off the heat.
8. Your healthy paneer bhurji is ready, Serve hot with roti, paratha, or toast.
