Zep, the one brand that packs a little bit more heat than all the others is B&G Hot Cherry Peppers sliced. The other brands are weak in comparison. They have to be mixed red and green in the jar, and sliced.

My family has been making this for years!! So so good!!! We bread and pan fry the chops first and then add the peppers and juice at the end.

And a broken sauce. Need way more stock/white wine then way more butter at the end to round that out
