Was this a delivery? How long did it take and what are the current weather conditions? If it was allowed/had time to melt I could almost see it being that low. But not what I’d generally expect to see.

it looks a little low but it’s to be expected. i can’t for the life of me understand why people order freezes for delivery, as someone who works at taco bell. by the time a driver picks up an order with a freeze it’s melted and looks like it only fills half the cup. i try my best to make freezes when drivers come and pick up an order but sometimes it’s so busy that i have to make the freeze while i’m packing an order and it can take drivers 10+ minutes to pick up an order.
