Cayenne seedlings growing deformed any idea why?

Hey,

I’m currently starting Cayenne and Lemon Drop chili plants, and I’ve noticed something strange with the Cayennes.

Some of the Cayenne seedlings are producing deformed leaves — partially developed leaves, twisted growth, and some that look almost upside down or curled. They just don’t look very healthy.

What’s odd is that my Lemon Drop seedlings are growing right next to them under the exact same conditions and look completely fine.

They’re sitting under a 50 W grow light at about 25–30 cm distance, so the light conditions should be the same for both varieties.

Has anyone experienced this with Cayenne peppers before? Could it be genetics, light stress, nutrients, or maybe something else?

Any ideas would be appreciated
