🥗 High-Protein Creamy Spinach Noodles (Healthy Version)

🛒 Ingredients:
• 100g Spinach
• 100g Paneer
• 100g Whole Wheat Noodles (dry)
• 100g Mushroom (sliced)
• 50g Sweet Corn
• 50g Bell Peppers (red & yellow, sliced)
• 1 tsp Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
• Salt to taste
• Black Pepper to taste
• Chilli Flakes to taste
• Garam Masala (optional)
• Water as required

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prep the Spinach
Wash the spinach thoroughly and boil it for about 8–10 minutes. Drain excess water and let it cool slightly.

2️⃣ Make the Creamy Base
In a mixer, add boiled spinach, paneer, and ginger-garlic paste. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little water if needed.

3️⃣ Cook the Noodles
Boil whole wheat noodles in water with a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil. Cook for about 8–10 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.

4️⃣ Sauté the Veggies
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan. Add mushrooms, bell peppers, and sweet corn. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crunchy.

5️⃣ Prepare the Sauce
Add the spinach-paneer cream to the pan. Mix well and add a little water to adjust consistency. Season with salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, and garam masala. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

6️⃣ Combine Everything
Add the boiled noodles to the pan and toss well so everything is coated evenly.
