Ingredients
• 2 bread slices
• 1 egg
• Bread crumbs
• Oil for frying
Chicken Filling
• 1 cup chicken
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp red chilli flakes
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika powder
• 1 cup chopped capsicum
• 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
• 4 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp oregano

Recipe
Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin and cut them into circles. Dip the bread circles in egg, coat them with breadcrumbs, and fry until golden and crispy. Cut them slightly from the center to create pockets.
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add chicken, salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, garlic powder, and paprika powder. Mix well and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes.
Add chopped capsicum and mix well. Then add BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, and oregano. Mix everything together until the filling becomes creamy and well combined.
Fill the prepared bread pockets with the chicken mixture.
Your crispy chicken bread pockets are ready to serve!
