    Soya chunks
    Salt
    Black pepper powder
    Red chilli powder
    Haldi
    Oil
    Ginger
    Garlic
    Onion
    Capsicum
    Dark soy sauce
    Vinegar
    Tomato ketchup
    Red chilli sauce
    Cornflour
    Water
    Spring Onions

    Steps❤️:
    1. Boil water with salt and add soya chunks.
    2. After a few minutes, transfer the soya chunks to cold water.
    3. Squeeze out all excess water from the soya chunks.
    4. Add black pepper powder, red chilli powder, Haldi and Cornflour to the soya chunks and mix well.
    5. Fry the marinated soya chunks until golden and keep aside.
    6. In a pan, heat oil and sauté ginger and garlic.
    7. Add onion and capsicum, and sauté for a minute on high flame, then add salt and red chilli powder.
    8. In a bowl, mix dark soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, cornflour, and water.
    9. Pour this mixture into the pan and cook until the sauce thickens.
    10. Add fried soya chunks and toss well until evenly coated.
    11. Garnish with spring onions.
