In today’s episode we have **ChilliChicken**š. This Ramadan this Chilli Chicken recipe will tantalize your taste buds!šāØļø
INGREDIENTS:
⢠Boneless chicken 500g
⢠1 tsp salt
⢠1 tsp kashmiri laal mirch
⢠1 tsp red chilli powder
⢠½ tsp black pepper powder
⢠½ tsp white pepper powder
⢠2 tsp dark soy sauce
⢠2 tsp vinegar
⢠1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
⢠2 tbsp cornflour
⢠1½ tbsp maida
⢠1 egg white
⢠Oil for frying
šš»For tossing
⢠1½ tbsp oil
⢠2 tsp chopped ginger
⢠1¼ tsp chopped garlic
⢠1 tsp green chillies diagonally sliced
⢠1 cup onion diced
⢠1 cup green capsicum diced
⢠¼ cup spring onion white part
⢠1 tsp salt
⢠2 tbsp soy sauce
⢠2 tbsp red chilli sauce
⢠1 tbsp green chilli sauce
⢠1½ tbsp ketchup
⢠½ tbsp sriracha sauce
⢠Sugar a pinch
⢠½ cup water
⢠Cornflour slurry (1½tbsp cornflour +2 tbsp water )
⢠Spring onions green part (garnishing)
⢠Sesame seeds(garnishing)
METHOD:
Take 500g chicken cubes, add the dry & wet ingredients, and mix it well.
⢠Marinade it for 30 mins .
⢠Fry them in medium flame.
⢠In a bowl, prepare the sauce mixture .
⢠Take a pan, add oil, chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilli sauté it and add diced capsicum and onions and cook it for 2 minutes.
⢠Add the sauce mixture,salt, sugar, and water.
⢠Add the fried chicken and add cornflour slurry.
⢠Mix until it becomes thick and cook it for 2-3 minutes .
⢠Sprinkle some spring onion & sesame seeds and serve hot.
⢠Your chilli chicken is ready.
