I like to change up my chili recipe by sometimes switching the red wine I saute the vegs in with a bottle of draught Guinness. Either one adds a depth of flavor, but with the fizziness of the beer I don't use a whole bottle in the Instapot, especially if the pot's on the full side!

I like spicy but not like spicy hot, the whole Chili-O pack be to much for a extra kick?
