High Protein Rice Bowl π
Ingredients-
Anveshan A2 Ghee β 2 tsp
Jeera β 1 tsp
Tej patta β 1
Elaichi β 2
Badi elaichi β 1
Clove β 2
Cinnamon stick β 1 small
Dried red chilli β 1
Garlic β 3β4 cloves (chopped)
Onion β 1 medium (chopped)
Green chilli β 2 (chopped)
Carrot β Β½ of whole (chopped)
Beans β Β½ cup (chopped)
Peas β Β½ cup
Soya chunks β Β½ cup (soaked & boiled)
Paneer β Β½ cup (cubed)
Salt β to taste
Red chilli powder β Β½ tsp
Black pepper β Β½ tsp
Cooked rice β 1 cup
For garnish-
Coriander β 1 tbsp (chopped)
Raita-
Curd β 100 g
Salt β to taste
Red chilli powder β ΒΌ tsp
Black pepper β ΒΌ tsp
Method-
-Heat ghee in a pan. Add jeera and whole spices.
-Then add garlic, onion & green chilli and sautΓ© till light golden.
-Add carrot, beans & peas. Cook 3β4 mins till slightly soft.
-Add boiled soya chunks & paneer. Mix well.
-Add salt, red chilli powder & black pepper.
-Add cooked rice & toss gently till well combined.
-Garnish with coriander & serve hot with raita.
