Chilli gobi🌶️



INGREDIENTS
* Cauliflower -250 gms
* Green capsicum -half
* Onions -one small
* Salt -to taste
* Pepper -1 tsp
* Sugar-1/2 tsp
* Chopped Garlic -3 cloves
* Sliced green chilli-1 nos
* Cooked chilli paste -1 tsp
* oil-5 ml
* Dark soya sauce-1/2 tsp
* Tomato sauce -1 tssp
* Chopped spring onions

For cauliflower batter
* Corn flour
* Refined flour
* Ginger garlic paste
* Salt
* Pepper
* Oil for frying

METHOD
* Boil the cauliflower in salter water for 2 minutes don’t over boil them
* Make batter as shown in the video and add the cauliflower and marinate and set them aside
* Heat oil and deep fry the cauliflower till its nice and crispy and add the cut capsicum and onions in the same oil and fry them too
* In a pan or chinese wok heat oil then add chopped garlic and sliced green chilli and and sauté now add cooked chilli paste and mix dilute it with little water
* then add tomato sauce dark soya sauce and mix them nicely
* Season them with salt/pepper and sugar then add the fried cauliflower along with capsicum and onions toss them nicely
* Finish it with spring onions
* And our chilli gobi is ready serve with fried rice or noodles
