    Cabbage (finely chopped)
    Onion (finely chopped)
    Green chilli (finely chopped)
    Garlic (finely chopped)
    Besan (gram flour)
    Rice flour
    Red chilli powder
    Haldi (turmeric powder)
    Black pepper powder
    Salt
    Sesame seeds

    Oil for frying

    Steps:
    1. Finely chop the cabbage and add it to a mixing bowl.
