I go to Taco Bell to make my BYOB with a cheesy Gordita crunch and beefy 5 layer because it’s the best bang for your buck meal besides the Wendy’s $5 BB, but now they removed it. Might be taking a long break unless that gets fixed.

Agreed. Worst move they’ve made recently and there have been quite a few of them.
A BYOB with a CGC, mock quesarito, fiesta potatoes and a drink has been the staple part of my orders for quite a while.
I’ve got two rewards to use up and then I’m done.
They desperately need somebody to fix the company in a way that is whatever the opposite of “Apple style” presentation meetings for weird LTO bullshit.
Just give us back the favorites for a reasonable price and leave them alone. Let the menu be universal to all stores. I know they can’t fuck with prices in different areas, but we also need to be able to communicate directly to the franchise owners with complaints if they’re gouging. NOT just some AI automated bullshit that goes to nobody. Franchisees should actually have to… Idk… Work to “own and operate a business?” Am I crazy?
