Grim reaper pickles


Started making my own pickles recently. Made ghost pepper pickles with 7 fresh pods. Surprisingly not too hot to eat. I stepped it up with making a jar of Carolina reaper pickles with 3 fresh pods. They taste amazing. I'll list my ingredients, but they're KILLER hot. The pods are so ripe. They have to be hitting 2 mil scoville to be that hot. Love this hobby. Gonna do fresh Rb003 or primotalii pickles next. I do the boiling
water, salt, white vinegar brine method. Fresh Dill, fresh garlic, green onion, mustard seed, peppercorn, shake of pickling spice, Bay leaf.
