Overwintered plants already flowering

Hi!

I overwintered 2 plants, small cayennes and lila rainbows (or something like this). Now are the flowers appearing IMHO too early since the spring just started. How should I proceed? I want them to grow first and produce fruits later. Should I cut the flowers?
