For Jaggery syrup:
1 cup Jaggery OR 1.5 cup jaggery for more sweetness
1/4 cup Water
For making Millet kheer:
1/2 cup Ghee (clarified butter)
1/4 cup of Fresh coconut, thinly chopped
8 to 10 nos Cashew nuts
10 nos Raisins
1/2 cup Saamai / Little millet (or any type of millet, rinsed 2 to 3 times and soaked for 15 mins)
1.5 cups Water
2 cup Coconut milk
Prepared Jaggery syrup
4 tbsp Fresh coconut, grated
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
A pinch of salt
