My area temps in May + Trinidad Scorpipn and Aji lemon plant – Heat stress/shade cloth question.

Hi,

I'm growing six varieties –
1. Aji Lemon
2. Trinidad Scorpion
3. Carolina Reaper
4. Sugar Rush Stripey
5. RB003
6. Chocolate Brainstrain

The last four are still in seedling stage. My question is, in the second pic, it seems like the plant is burning due to sunlight, and in the third pic, new leaves are wrinkly. They're on a terrace. The only shaded area on my terrace gets no direct sunlight.

So my options are, keep in bright light, or in indirect light always. I can put up a 75% shade cloth, wondering how much difference would it make. Can anyone advise?

Right now, it is 90F/70F.
