First of all, this community has been a massive help as I’m trying to grow for the first time, I’m very thankful for all the people contributing here.
I haven’t grown anything from seed before and I am really enjoying it.
In my first pictures I have:
Orange scotch bonnets, aji pineapple, Lila luzi and mattapeno (which are all curled up and I can’t tell if that is natural, none of my other plants are doing this)
Second picture is: black naga, lemon habanero, chocolate scotch bonnets, gator jigsaw purple and a couple of the plants from the first picture.
My plants between 7 weeks and 1 month old, I delayed some of the varieties a bit because I expected them to grow faster. Weirdly my chinense peppers actually seem to be growing the fastest.
I am considering moving them up a container size as the smaller plants are showing roots at the bottom and because the soil mix in my bigger plants is without perlite (I learned that later), would this be considered too early?
I have a 100w led panel over each of these at about 70%. There is a month or so to go before they can go outside, which will be a whole new thing to figure out as I have about 4 times the amount of plants I have space for.
I just wanted to share my progress, and if anyone has any tips for improvement I would love to hear them.
