High Protein Chili
Recipe makes 8 serving
1 serving = about 2 1/2 cups
Macros per serving:

Ingredients:
3 lbs lean ground beef ( I used 96/4)
1 medium onion, diced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
2 (14.5 oz) cans fire roasted tomatoes
2 (4 oz) cans diced green chilis
3 (15.5 oz) cans Bush’s home style chili magic
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Add 3 lbs lean ground beef to a large pan over medium-high heat. Break up the beef as it cooks.
2. Add diced onion and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
3. Once the beef is browned, add tomato sauce, fire roasted tomatoes, green chilis, Bush’s Chili Magic, and brown sugar. Mix until fully combined.
4. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and evenly portion into 8 food storage containers (about 2.5 cups per container).
6. Store in the fridge or freezer and reheat in the microwave as needed. Enjoy!

If you add some baking soda, it will cut down the acidity from yhe tomatoes
