I bought "Yellow Scotch Bonnet" seeds, obviously not real, likely Jamaican mushrooms.
That being said, I'm not sure if this is genetic or something I'm causing when growing.
Not all peppers suffer from this, but many seem to have a green mass growing inside, some so large that it splits the yellow flesh while still on the plant.
Feels like another pepper is trying to grow from the inside out, which on the surface seems kinda neat, but the green peppers aren't nearly as tasty, and having to dissect every pepper before using is becoming tiresome, especially if I want to try to smoke the peppers whole.
Any ideas?
