Chili Con Carne ~ Instant Pot Recipe
This chili is quick and delicious!
3 lbs of beef stew meat or half
beef & half pork
4 pasilla chilis, dried
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp beef bullion
1 tbsp chicken bullion
1 large onion, chopped
1 14pz can whole tomatoes
2 cups water or beer
to thicken:
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water
Serve with your favorite chili toppings!
