Hi guys! Here’s my take on one of the popular dishes here in the US, Beef Chili. It’s a dish perfect for cold nights, but in my kitchen, I also serve this all year round! It’s easy to make, delicious and a classic favorite! I hope you’ll give this recipe a try.
Beef Chili Ingredients:
3 tbsp Olive oil
1 medium-sized Yellow Onion
1/2 cup Celery, chopped
1/2 cup Orange Bell pepper, you could also use red or green
5 cloves Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp Butter
2-3 tbsp Jalapeno
1 lb Ground Beef
3 tbsp Tomato paste
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/8 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
14.5 ox (411g) Crushed Tomato
1 can Balck beans
1 can Pinto beans
1/2 cup Corn Kernel
1/2 tsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce, light or less sodium
2 cups Water
8 grams 85% Dark Chocolate
