BONCHON STYLE SWEET
CHILI GARLIC CHICKEN
Ingredients:
1kg Chicken wings or legs
*Breading
Flour 3 tbps
cornstarch 3 tbsp
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
*Sauce
2 tbsp chili paste or powder
4 tbps ketchup
4 tbps brown sugar
2 tbps butter
2 tbps soy sauce
2 tsp garlic
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare all the ingredients
Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper and egg with the chicken
Fry chicken until golden brown
On a separate pan, heat the sauce and mix over the fried chicken
When the sauce is thicken, sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish
Ready to serve and eat.
