¼ cup light mayonnaise
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chipotle in adobo sauce (adjust for spice preference)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
Salt & pepper to taste

🤠 Southwest Ranch
½ cup (120g) non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp light mayo
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup water (to thin for drizzle consistency)

🥑 Avocado Lime Crema
1 ripe avocado
½ cup Greek yogurt or light sour cream
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp cumin
1 garlic clove
Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Looks great, but don't call mayo "fresh" — that stuff is months, if not years, old and often has preservatives like Calcium Disodium EDTA (which keeps oil safe for consumption that would otherwise go rancid).
