Honey Chilli Gobi/ Ghee Garlic Rice/ Rice Bowl/ Lunch Box Idea



Ingredients
For frying:
Cauliflower – 1 (cut into florets)
Maida – ½ cup
Cornflour – ¼ cup
Rice flour – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Water – to batter
Ground nut Oil – for frying

For sauce:
Oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Ginger (finely chopped) – 1 tsp
Onion – 1
Capsicum – 1
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Honey – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Salt – little
Pepper – ½ tsp
Spring onion – chopped
Sesame seeds

For Rice
Basmati rice – 2 cups (cooled)
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 10–12 cloves (finely chopped)
Spring Onion – 2
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
