Advice for Next Steps with Superhots

I am new to growing from seeds have always historically gotten small plants and transplanted to planters for full growth. This year I wanted to try some peppers not available at my nursery so started from seeds (shoutout to OhioPeppers).

I have running from left to right in 2×6 columns:

Ghost, red scotch bonnet, purple ufo, faddas white, and then a Thai variety that the vendor threw in)

How do I tell when to move from the starter tray to the next step. Ultimate goal is 5g potters outside. I’m zone 9b/10a. Can I move them straight the 5 gal, or should I have an intermediate step?

Any advice is appreciated.

    repot yesterday.

the ones with just the cotyledons can go for a bit longer in the cells but it’s up to you.

I’m also finding out that if they’re healthy it seems like you can move them at virtually any stage once they break the soil and spread the seed leaves if you’re gentle.
