This week I got a total of 9 fries when I ordered the steak & guacamole nacho fries. I was told it's a new portion size company policy. A few weeks back I had the same issue with steak & garlic nacho fries, which also seemed to come half empty, and where the manager confirmed, very friendly but clearly pointing at HQ, that this is the new portion size and that they get lots of complaints. I reached out via the app, never heard back. Is my location just greedy, or is this really the new norm?
