The meal seen here (two beef/bean burritos covered in nacho cheese, sour cream, melted cheese, and lettuce with complimentary chips and salsa) costs less than two Cheesy Gordita Crunches and has probably more than 5x the beef based on my past couple of Taco Bell trips if I’m being conservative. Tastes way better and way less processed.
Taco Bell was already losing me, but they officially lost me. That’s what happen when you raise the price of everything without raising the quality, shrink the portions, and offer carnival food for LTOs.

There a place right down the street from me, I can get a burrito the size of my arm and a drink for $12. Cant beat it. Taco Tuesday I can get 3 shredded beef tacos and a drink for $10

Fast food in general is bullshit. I just don’t eat it anymore unless the situation is specifically calling for it. The value isn’t there anymore.
A chicken soft taco from Chipotle costs less than a chicken soft taco or beef taco supreme at Taco Bell.
Same here. I’m fact, I can find cheaper alternatives to all the major fast food joints around me. These companies have truly lost their mind.

Yup, bought nachos, burrito and a medium soda and I was at $19. I can go to my local spot and get chips and salsa for free and do a sit down lunch or dinner for $20.
Looks like great Tex-Mex. I have a good Arizona-style Mexican restaurant near me (one of those Federi/co/berto/delfo places) that has a $10 platter with 10 corn street taco tortillas on the base, a mountain of carne asada on top, covered in cilantro and onion, and a soft drink.
Looks like some bullshit anyways, bring back real Mexican food

I can get 2 beef tacos (with about 10x more beef than TB) with extra cheese and chips and salsa for less than $8. TB has been more expensive than takeout Mexican for a while now.
