People have fought me on this, but it’s not TX chili if it has beans. Hahaha. Still good though.
With that beef broth it should be 90/10. It will be extra beefy and the beef broth will be there to replace the extra 10%.

Adding extra beef bullion is the biggest cheat I've found for really punching up flavors
Without beans, it’s just meat sauce when you add beans to it then it becomes chilly.
